Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between oval and circular gazebos?
Our traditional circular buildings offer a cosy seating area, while the Oval collection provides twin areas for both lounging and dining. Our Oval Breeze Houses have also served as unique spaces for kitchens, gymnasiums, and even swim spas.
Do you charge extra for installation?
We include installation by our in-house experts with the purchase of every new Breeze House for customers across mainland UK.
Do I need a base for the Breeze House gazebo?
Please ensure you have a suitable base ready for our team. It can be any level, hardstanding area of your preference. Reach out to us, and we’ll provide you with personalised base specifications.
How long will my gazebo last for?
Your Breeze House comes with a 30-year timber guarantee. To keep it in top-notch shape, we recommend treating the building 12 months after installation and then every three years after that.
If you choose a thatched roof, expect a lifespan of 6-12 years, depending on the type of thatch, weather, and positioning of the building.
We’ll supply all the information and advice you need to keep your wooden gazebo in great condition.
Can I see your luxury gazebos before purchasing?
Absolutely! We positively encourage it. With Breeze Houses on display in all 12 show site locations across the country, there’s bound to be one just around the corner. Experience a Breeze House firsthand and speak to our knowledgeable staff. Find your nearest show site and get ready to be inspired.
How do I order my Breeze House?
Place your order at one of our show sites, where our team is ready to help guide you through the finer details. Discuss your preferences, explore financing options, and take the first step toward creating your ideal outdoor retreat.
Can you build custom wooden gazebos?
We are experts at crafting custom garden buildings at our factory in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands. Previous clients envisioned their Breeze Houses as distinctive spaces—outdoor kitchens, garden bars, cabanas for natural pools, and even groomsmen game rooms. The possibilities are boundless. Let’s collaborate to create a bespoke Breeze House that perfectly meets your needs and desires!
What timber do you use?
The highest grade sustainable Scandinavian Redwood is used to craft all Breeze Houses. This exceptional wood, renowned for its toughness and robustness, ensures unparalleled strength and durability. Scandinavian Redwood is well-suited for outdoor buildings due to its natural resistance to decay, pests, and harsh weather conditions. Its inherent sturdiness guarantees the longevity of your Breeze House but also adds to its beauty with its rich tones and fine grain.
