How will my order be delivered?
We use a specially selected courier service to deliver cushions, accessories and canvas panels. Where possible, we aim to deliver furniture in our own vans with a two-man delivery team. However, in some circumstances, such as long haul deliveries or unusual routes, we may use a specially selected courier service.
When will my order arrive?
As the majority of our items are made to order, we will contact you upon completion of your items to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Please make a note of the expected delivery date when you place your order, as this should give you an idea of when our team will be in touch. If you’ve ordered several items, we will usually deliver everything together once all your items are complete. However, if you need an item urgently, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Why is my delivery later than expected?
We always try to make deliveries on time but occasionally things don’t go quite as planned. We apologise in advance if your order gets delayed. We will always try our best to let you know if we can’t get to you on time.
The delivery dates we give are approximate and are given in good faith, but we can’t be held responsible for direct or indirect delays due to reasonable or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always apologise and do our best to deliver your item(s) as quickly as possible.
What if the item doesn’t fit on delivery/installation?
When you place an order, please be aware that it’s your responsibility to let us know of any difficulties we may have when delivering to your property (for example, narrow doorways). We need safe access to your garden, so please make sure the route is clear. Please note: unless your item is being installed by our team, we are only responsible for delivery to your front door. Any costs incurred affecting delivery, such as the removal of doors or windows are not the responsibility of Breeze House Designs Ltd.

Click and Collect (for cushions, canvas panels, cabinets and accessories)
Our Click & Collect service is ideal if you want the convenience of shopping online, and you are happy to collect your items in person. You can order your items online and then we will let you know when they are ready to collect from our workshop in Leek, Staffordshire. Everything can be done at a time that’s convenient for you and it saves you a delivery charge too!

How does it work?
- Add your items to the basket and proceed to the checkout.
- At the checkout, you’ll see a selection of delivery options. This is where you can select to Click & Collect. Once you’ve selected this option, please proceed to the checkout.
- Once your purchase is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a date for collection.
Please remember to bring a copy of your Order Confirmation and one form of identification (a driving license, passport or a bank card are acceptable).
