Wimbledon Strawberry Smoothie
The sun is shining and it’s set to be the hottest Wimbledon ever, so you don’t want to spend too long in the kitchen! Cool down while watching a match with these delicious strawberry smoothies. This recipe makes 3 medium glasses.
- Put the strawberries and grapes in the blender. Peel the bananas and put them in as well.
- Switch on the blender and set it to a low setting and slowly increase the speed. Leave it blending for 2 minutes then turn it off.
- Sieve the smoothie to remove the grape skins and serve.
