Our traditional circular buildings offer a cosy seating area, while the Oval collection provides twin areas for both lounging and dining. Our Oval Breeze Houses have also served as unique spaces for kitchens, gymnasiums, and even swim spas.

We include installation by our in-house experts with the purchase of every new Breeze House for customers across mainland UK.

It is advisable to order optional extras at the time of ordering the building, as a delivery charge is not applied. However, optional extras can be ordered at a later date with a small delivery charge.

Please ensure you have a suitable base ready for our team. It can be any level, hardstanding area of your preference. Reach out to us, and we’ll provide you with personalised base specifications.

The canvas panels protect the building during any bad weather such as rain or snow. We will also provide you with maintenance tips and care instructions for your Breeze House.

Standard thatch will change colour to a grey/brown colour within 12 months of installation. Our combination thatch option includes an artificial layer of thatch to retain its golden colour.

Thatch tiles, combination thatch tiles and cedar shingle are all great re-roofing options. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to explain the different options. We also offer a re-roofing and refurbishment service that you may wish to take advantage of.

Standard thatch lasts approximately 6-10 years and combination thatch lasts approximately 8-12 years. However, other factors such as weather and the positioning of the building in the garden may have an impact. Please contact us to speak to one of our experienced team and to find out more.

Your Breeze House comes with a 30-year timber guarantee. To keep it in top-notch shape, we recommend treating the building 12 months after installation and then every three years after that.

If you choose a thatched roof, expect a lifespan of 6-12 years, depending on the type of thatch, weather, and positioning of the building.

We’ll supply all the information and advice you need to keep your wooden gazebo in great condition.

We supply 3KW and 6KW adjustable heaters as an option for your chosen building. Our team can fit the heaters whilst installing your Breeze House.
