Wood Store fire

Wood Store fire
Cedar in the Breeze House factory

At approximately 4am on 15 January, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue responded to a fire at our factory based in Leek, Staffordshire.

Fortunately, no one was injured and the Breeze House factory remains fully operational. Fire Fighters worked quickly and gained control of the blaze, we are extremely grateful for their fast response time, and their help with tackling the fire. The fire started in our Wood Store at the back of the factory, the cause is unknown, but an investigation is currently underway.

We’d like to thank Dave Rushton from Staffordshire Council, Dave noticed smoke coming from our factory as he was passing in the early hours of the morning. Dave called the Fire Service and raised the alarm – thank you Dave!

Our neighbours have all been very understanding and the concern they have shown for the company and our staff is most appreciated. We would like to reassure all of our customers that the fire has had no impact on order delivery times. All deliveries are on schedule and our staff will continue to provide our usual high level of service to all customers.

The Breeze House showroom remains open and has a great range of luxury garden buildings on display, please contact us if you’d like to visit. We’ll also be exhibiting our range of buildings at various shows throughout 2015, details will be available on our website soon.
