On the blog this week, we are proud to announce that employees of Breeze House have been awarded NVQ Level 2 Diplomas in Business and Process Improvement Techniques along with NVQ Level 1 English and Maths! Continually developing our business, as well as giving our employees opportunities to grow and improve in their careers is vital to our business; not only for the organisation internally, but for our customers and the service they receive.
Twelve of our staff enrolled on the 14 month course which involved both classroom and online, home-based training along with practical project work, putting training into practice.
Those involved represented all areas of the business – Senior Management, Administration, Production, Operations and Logistics – and achieved a 100% pass rate!
Our General Manager, Mike Andrews, who introduced the scheme said,
“Breeze House is committed to its employees and the training is crucial to the future of the business and the individuals involved. We are dedicated to providing our staff with training opportunities to improve their skills and expand their qualifications. It is our objective to ensure all employees receive formal qualifications”.
Breeze House are extremely proud of the group’s achievements and congratulates them on their awards and attitude towards training and development. The next training course – in Team Leading – has already begun, not only for existing leaders but for other employees as a development programme.
