The company is committed to minimisation of environmental damage caused by the day to day running of the business and the securing of raw materials, production, packaging and disposal of its product range.
The company encourages all of it’s suppliers to have their own environmental policy. This should be backed by evidence to show that efforts are being made to have it positively implemented within their company.
The company is committed to sourcing thatch from a South African company which provides jobs, housing and recreational facilities for over 300 employees.
The company is committed to using only European FSC Softwoods in the manufacture of it’s gazebos and furniture ranges of which a minimum of 70% are FSC softwoods.
The company is a member of the Forest Stewardship Council certification number SGS-COC-1314.
