Rose and Crown – York

Brief

To provide a themed seating, dining and function area. The area had to be sheltered from sun and rain and suitable for all year round use. Easy access for staff serving meals needed to be taken into consideration. The product needed to be robust and practical. It was important that a friendly atmosphere was achieved to encourage customers to re-visit. It was key that the whole project was finished ready for the spring season.

A 42 seater multi-purpose themed area was created. The Empire Breeze House created a separate dining opportunity that could be used for individual groups of people or could be booked as a complete function room to seat 24. A collection of three table and umbrella kits provided seating and dining space for a further 18 people. The Empire with it’s drop-down canvas panels and 6KW heater creates a cosy environment and enables the building to be used throughout the year.
